When the weather allows, don’t miss Innovation Hills Park for a daily dose of fun and exercise. Totaling 110 acres, 48 of which are dedicated to greenspace this park offers an inclusive playground, ponds, waterfalls, boardwalks and trails for the whole community to explore.

During the Fall months residents enjoy a trip to the historic Yates Cider Mill which first opened in 1863. Situated on the Clinton River, the cider mill operates purely on headwaters still to this day. Yates continues to produce 100% all-natural, apple cider for families to enjoy.
